We applied for a mortgage last night.
Oh.
My.
God.
That's a lot of money.
Now we have to focus on the Purchase and Sales agreement. We have the document that the sellers made up, but we have to run it through a lawyer and make sure all is well. We also want to tweak a couple of things on our end. We should have all of that taken care of by the end of the week.
Progress is being made each day. There will come a time when the progress happens outside of our view, and that is going to be stressful. Even more so than the already insane level of stress.
It's all worth it though. Totally.
